By accessing or using RA-DAR, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other policies published on the platform.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of RA-DAR.
RA-DAR is an adult social-media platform designed to allow users to communicate, publish content, discover other users, participate in conversations, and build social connections.
RA-DAR is not limited to dating or romantic relationships. Users may use the platform for social interaction, communication, community participation, networking, friendship, and other lawful forms of adult interaction.
RA-DAR is an American company and is founded with respect for the principle of freedom of expression that is central to the traditions and values of the United States.
RA-DAR therefore seeks to provide adults with a platform where lawful opinions, ideas, discussions, viewpoints, and forms of adult expression can be shared without unnecessary censorship.
Freedom of expression, however, does not mean that RA-DAR is unregulated or that anything is permitted on the platform. RA-DAR remains subject to applicable law, legal obligations, platform safety requirements, and these Terms & Conditions.
Our moderation approach is intended to be more tolerant of lawful adult expression while still taking action against illegal activity, serious abuse, credible threats, exploitation, and conduct that creates significant risks to users or the platform.
RA-DAR is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create, access, or use an account.
By using RA-DAR, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity conducted through your account.
You must provide accurate information and must not knowingly create an account using false information for the purpose of deceiving or harming another person.
You must not share your account credentials with another person or allow another individual to operate your account.
RA-DAR allows users to create, upload, publish, send, and share content, including text, photographs, links, comments, messages, profiles, and other forms of user-generated content.
You remain responsible for the content you create or distribute through RA-DAR. You represent that you have the necessary rights to publish the content and that your use of the platform does not unlawfully infringe the rights of others.
RA-DAR does not automatically verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.
Users may express opinions, discuss controversial subjects, share viewpoints, and participate in lawful adult conversations.
RA-DAR does not remove content simply because it is unpopular, controversial, offensive, politically sensitive, or contrary to the opinions of other users, provided that the content is lawful and does not violate applicable platform rules.
This principle does not protect illegal content, exploitation, threats, targeted abuse, or other conduct prohibited by law or by the Community Guidelines.
Users may not use RA-DAR to:
- Engage in illegal activity
- Upload, request, distribute, or promote content involving minors
- Exploit, threaten, coerce, or abuse another person
- Engage in credible threats of violence
- Impersonate another person for deceptive or harmful purposes
- Conduct fraud, scams, or other unlawful financial activity
- Use bots or automated systems to abuse the platform
- Circumvent security, moderation, or account restrictions
- Use RA-DAR for purposes prohibited by applicable law
RA-DAR is an adults-only platform and recognizes that adults may discuss relationships, sexuality, identity, and other adult subjects.
However, the platform does not permit illegal sexual activity, sexual exploitation, content involving minors, trafficking, coercion, or the solicitation or facilitation of illegal sexual services.
Additional restrictions may apply to certain forms of content or conduct under our Community Guidelines and applicable law.
RA-DAR uses moderation systems to protect users, maintain platform integrity, and comply with applicable law.
Moderation decisions may consider the context, severity, frequency, and potential harm associated with reported conduct or content.
RA-DAR generally seeks to use proportionate enforcement where appropriate. Possible actions include warnings, content restrictions, feature limitations, temporary suspension, or permanent account removal.
Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without prior warning.
Users may report profiles, posts, messages, or other content that they believe violates the law, these Terms, or the Community Guidelines.
Reports may be reviewed by RA-DAR and appropriate action may be taken based on the circumstances.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed or that an account will be suspended.
RA-DAR may offer identity or profile verification features.
Verification does not guarantee that a person is trustworthy, that all profile information is accurate, or that the person will behave appropriately.
Users remain responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when interacting with other users.
Personal information is handled according to the RA-DAR Privacy Policy.
By using RA-DAR, you acknowledge that certain information must be processed in order to provide account functionality, communication, security, moderation, and other platform services.
RA-DAR may contain links to websites, services, or platforms operated by third parties.
RA-DAR does not control or guarantee the availability, security, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
Interactions or transactions conducted outside RA-DAR are undertaken at the user's own risk.
RA-DAR is provided on an ongoing basis, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
The platform may be modified, updated, temporarily suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, technical, business, or legal reasons.
RA-DAR's software, branding, logos, design, platform features, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit RA-DAR's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.
By submitting content to RA-DAR, you grant RA-DAR the limited rights necessary to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and technically process that content for the operation, security, and delivery of the platform.
RA-DAR does not acquire ownership of your user-generated content merely because you publish it on the platform.
RA-DAR may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate serious violations, prevent abuse, or protect the platform.
Users may also discontinue their use of RA-DAR and request account deletion subject to applicable policies and legal obligations.
RA-DAR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
RA-DAR does not guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, or reliability of any user and is not responsible for interactions between users, whether online or offline.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RA-DAR is not responsible for losses or damages arising from user conduct, third-party services, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of RA-DAR.
RA-DAR may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, security requirements, or business operations.
When appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the platform. Continued use of RA-DAR after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws and regulations relevant to RA-DAR and its operations, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
