Rules for safe, respectful, and lawful interaction

RA-DAR is built for real, efficient, and discreet connections. To maintain quality, safety, and legal compliance, all users must follow these guidelines.

1. Respect Other Users

No harassment, hate speech, threats, coercion, or abusive behavior.

Penalty: Warning → Suspension → Permanent Ban

2. No Spam or Fake Profiles

No bots, mass messaging, unsolicited advertising, or misleading identities.

Penalty: Immediate Suspension or Ban

3. No Illegal Activity or Solicitation

Strictly prohibited:
- Minors or underage content
- Illegal material or criminal activity
- Escorting or prostitution
- Solicitation of sexual services
- Coded services offeing or implying paid encounters
- Offering or requesting money, gifts, or financial transactions in exchange for services

Penalty: Immediate Ban + Possible Legal Action

4. No Impersonation

Do not pretend to be another person or misrepresent your identity.

Penalty: Account Removal

5. Image & Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you share, including text, images, and external links. RA-DAR does not verify or endorse user-generated content.

Violations may result in restrictions, removal, or suspension

6. External Links & Off-Platform Activity

Users may share personal contact or social links at their own discretion. However, RA-DAR is not responsible for interactions, transactions, or agreements made outside the platform. All off-platform activity is at your own risk.

7. Reporting & Moderation

Users can report:
- Harassment
- Spam or scams
- Illegal or suspicious activity

Reports are reviewed and actions are taken based on severity and repetition.

8. Enforcement Actions

RA-DAR may apply, at its sole discretion:
- Warning
- Temporary Restriction
- Feature Limitation
- Permanent Ban
- Account Removal without notice

9. Platform Access

Access to RA-DAR is a privilege, not a right. Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or removed at any time to protect users, platform integrity, or legal compliance.

10. Privacy & Control

Users control their content. Deleted data may not be recoverable. RA-DAR does not guarantee restoration of deleted content.

11. Limitation of Liability

RA-DAR acts solely as a platform for user interaction. We do not guarantee user identity, behavior, or intent. All interactions, whether online or offline, are at your own risk.
