Community Guidelines
Rules for safe, respectful, lawful, and responsible interaction
RA-DAR is an adult social-media platform built for communication, expression,
community, and connection. We believe adults should have meaningful freedom to
express themselves, share opinions, discuss ideas, publish content, and interact
with others.
RA-DAR is an American company founded around the principles of individual
freedom, personal choice, and freedom of expression. Our moderation approach is
intentionally more tolerant toward lawful adult expression and differing
viewpoints.
Freedom of expression does not mean that RA-DAR is unregulated. We comply with
applicable laws and maintain these Community Guidelines to protect users,
maintain platform integrity, and prohibit genuinely harmful or unlawful
behavior.
1. Respect Other Users
RA-DAR supports open expression and disagreement. However, expression does not
give users the right to threaten, harass, intimidate, coerce, exploit, or abuse
other users.
Prohibited behavior includes:
- Threats of violence
- Targeted harassment
- Coercion or intimidation
- Sexual harassment
- Abuse or exploitation
- Persistent unwanted contact
- Conduct intended to seriously threaten the safety of another person
Penalty: Warning → Restriction → Suspension → Permanent Ban
2. Freedom of Expression
RA-DAR believes adults should have meaningful freedom to express opinions,
share ideas, discuss controversial subjects, and participate in lawful adult
social interaction.
RA-DAR does not remove content simply because someone disagrees with an opinion,
finds an opinion unpopular, or considers lawful adult expression offensive.
Our moderation philosophy is intentionally more tolerant and less restrictive
toward lawful expression and differing viewpoints.
However, freedom of expression does not protect illegal activity, credible
threats, exploitation, abuse, or other conduct prohibited by applicable law or
these Community Guidelines.
3. No Spam, Bots, or Fake Profiles
RA-DAR is a social platform for genuine human interaction.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Automated or bot accounts
- Mass unsolicited messaging

- Malicious links
- Fraudulent activity

Penalty: Restriction → Suspension → Permanent Ban
4. No Illegal Activity or Solicitation
RA-DAR does not permit the use of the platform for illegal activity.

for sexual services

5. No Impersonation
Do not pretend to be another person or deliberately misrepresent your identity
for the purpose of deceiving, defrauding, threatening, or harming another user.
Penalty: Account Restriction or Removal
6. User Content Responsibility
Users are responsible for the content they publish or share on RA-DAR,
including text, images, videos, profiles, comments, external links, and other
user-generated content.
RA-DAR does not automatically verify or endorse user-generated content.
Users must have the necessary rights to publish content they upload and must
not use the platform to distribute unlawful or prohibited material.
Violations may result in content removal, restrictions, suspension, or account
termination.
7. External Links & Off-Platform Activity
Users may share personal contact information, websites, or social-media links
at their own discretion.
However, RA-DAR is not responsible for interactions, transactions, agreements,
or communications that take place outside the platform.
Users should exercise appropriate caution when communicating or meeting with
people outside RA-DAR.
All off-platform activity is undertaken at the user's own risk.

- Other violations of these Community Guidelines
Reports may concern profiles, posts, comments, messages, images, or other
content or activity on the platform.
Reports are reviewed according to the circumstances, severity, available
information, and applicable rules. Not every report will result in removal.

these Community Guidelines.
Possible actions include:
