RA-DAR Advertising & Sponsorship Policy
Effective Date: 2026
RA-DAR provides advertising and sponsorship opportunities to businesses,
brands, organizations, and other lawful commercial entities seeking to
reach the RA-DAR adult community.
RA-DAR is an adults-only social media platform and intends to provide a commercially
open advertising environment for lawful adult-oriented products,
services, and businesses.
RA-DAR does not automatically prohibit advertising merely because a
product is intended for adults or belongs to a regulated industry.
However, all advertising remains subject to applicable law, regulatory
requirements, this Policy, and RA-DAR's review and approval process.
1. Advertiser Responsibility
The advertiser is solely responsible for the advertisement submitted
to RA-DAR.
By submitting an advertisement, the advertiser represents and warrants
that:
- It is legally authorized to advertise the advertised product or service.
- The business and applicable products or services comply with applicable law.
- All required licenses, registrations, permits, and authorizations are valid.
- All statements, claims, and representations are truthful and not misleading.
- The advertiser possesses appropriate substantiation for objective claims where required.
- The advertiser possesses the necessary rights and permissions for all photographs, videos, trademarks, logos, music, text, and other intellectual property submitted.
- The advertisement does not violate another person's rights.
- The advertisement complies with applicable federal, state, local, and international requirements.
- The advertisement complies with applicable age, warning, labeling, disclosure, and placement requirements.
Payment for an advertisement does not transfer legal responsibility
for the advertisement to RA-DAR.
2. Permitted Advertising
Subject to applicable law and RA-DAR approval, RA-DAR may accept
advertising from a broad range of adult-oriented commercial
categories.
These may include alcohol, electronic cigarettes and vaping products,
nicotine products, cannabis-related products where legally permitted,
dietary supplements, vitamins, wellness products, fitness and
performance products, sexual-wellness products, personal-care
products, adult businesses, and other lawful commercial products
and services.
3. Alcohol Advertising
Alcohol brands, breweries, wineries, distilleries, spirits, bars,
restaurants, alcohol-related events, and other lawful alcohol
businesses may advertise where legally permitted.
Advertisements must not:
- Target minors.
- Primarily appeal to persons below the applicable legal drinking age.
- Encourage dangerous, excessive, or unlawful consumption.
- Make false or misleading claims.
- Violate applicable alcohol advertising requirements.
The advertiser is solely responsible for complying with all applicable
alcohol laws and regulations.
4. Electronic Cigarettes, Vapes & Nicotine Products
RA-DAR may accept advertising for lawful electronic cigarettes,
vaping products, e-liquids, nicotine products, and related adult
products where such advertising is legally permitted.
Advertisers are responsible for:

- Licensing requirements.
- Age restrictions.
- Required health warnings.
- Lawful product claims.
- Applicable federal, state, local, and international requirements.
Advertisements may not target minors or promote unlawful tobacco or
nicotine products.
5. Cannabis, Marijuana & THC
RA-DAR may consider cannabis-related advertising only where the
advertised product, advertiser, and advertising activity are lawful
in the applicable jurisdiction.
Because cannabis laws may differ between jurisdictions, cannabis
advertising may require additional geographic restrictions,
documentation, or review.
RA-DAR may request:
- Applicable business licensing.
- Applicable cannabis authorization.
- Jurisdiction of operation.
- Product information.
- Evidence that the advertised activity is legally permitted.
RA-DAR will not knowingly accept advertisements promoting unlawful
cannabis activity.
Advertisers must accurately identify the nature of their cannabis
products and must not represent an unlawful product as a lawful
dietary supplement, approved medicine, or otherwise authorized
product.
6. Dietary Supplements, Vitamins & Wellness Products
RA-DAR may accept advertising for lawful:
- Dietary supplements.
- Vitamins and minerals.
- Herbal products.
- Nutritional products.
- Fitness supplements.
- Performance products.

- Other lawful health and wellness products.
RA-DAR does not prohibit these products merely because they contain
health, fitness, performance, or sexual-wellness claims.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that claims are truthful,
not misleading, and appropriately substantiated where required by
applicable law.
Advertisements must not make unlawful claims that a product can
diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent a disease or condition.
7. Sexual-Wellness Products

products and services.
These may include:
- Sexual-wellness products.
- Sexual-health products.
- Intimate personal-care products.
- Sexual-performance products.
- Adult wellness brands.
- Lawful adult businesses.
Adult-oriented advertising is not automatically prohibited merely
because it is intended for adults.
Advertisements must nevertheless comply with applicable law and may
not contain unlawful sexual exploitation, exploitation of minors,
non-consensual sexual material, or deceptive medical claims.
8. Health, Fitness & Performance Claims
RA-DAR may accept advertising containing lawful health, fitness,
wellness, performance, and sexual-wellness claims.
Advertisers are solely responsible for possessing the evidence,
documentation, and substantiation required to support objective
claims made in their advertisements.
RA-DAR does not certify that an advertiser's scientific, medical,
nutritional, fitness, or performance claims are accurate.
Advertisements must not falsely claim that a product:
- Cures a disease.
- Prevents a disease.
- Treats a disease.
- Replaces approved medical treatment.
- Produces guaranteed medical outcomes.
- Produces guaranteed physical or sexual results.
unless the advertiser is legally authorized to make the claim and

Restriction or Permanent Advertising Ban. Serious violations may
also be referred to appropriate authorities where legally required.
11. Minors
RA-DAR is an adults-only platform.
Advertisers must not intentionally target minors.
Advertisements for regulated adult products must comply with
applicable age restrictions.
This includes, where applicable, alcohol, nicotine, vaping products,
cannabis, gambling, adult products, and other age-restricted products.
RA-DAR may apply additional technical or geographic restrictions
when necessary to comply with applicable law.
12. Advertising Materials
Advertisers are responsible for all materials submitted to RA-DAR,
including photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, slogans, written
copy, product descriptions, testimonials, reviews, scientific
claims, promotional claims, links, and landing pages.
The advertiser represents that it has all necessary rights and
permissions to use those materials.
13. Testimonials, Reviews & Endorsements
Advertisers must not submit fabricated reviews, fake testimonials,
or deceptive endorsements.
Testimonials must accurately represent the experience being described
and must comply with applicable advertising laws.

an advertisement contains significant testimonial or endorsement
claims.
14. Advertising Review
Every advertisement is subject to RA-DAR review.
RA-DAR may:
- Approve an advertisement.

- Request additional documentation.
- Restrict an advertisement geographically.
- Restrict an advertisement by age.
- Suspend an advertisement.
- Remove an advertisement.
- Reject an advertisement.
- Suspend or terminate an advertiser's advertising account.
Approval does not constitute legal certification, government approval,
medical approval, scientific certification, product safety
certification, or endorsement of the advertiser or advertised product.
15. Payment Does Not Guarantee Publication
Payment or submission of an advertising order does not guarantee
publication.
If RA-DAR determines that an advertisement cannot be published because
of applicable law, regulatory restrictions, RA-DAR policy, missing
documentation, inaccurate information, intellectual-property concerns,
safety concerns, or jurisdictional restrictions, RA-DAR may refuse or
suspend publication.
Any refund or credit will be handled according to the applicable
advertising purchase terms.
16. Geographic Advertising Controls
Certain products may have different legal requirements in different
jurisdictions.
Where necessary, RA-DAR may configure advertising campaigns according
to:
Advertisement → Category → Jurisdiction → Age Requirement → Eligibility
RA-DAR's objective is to use the minimum technical information
reasonably necessary to operate such controls and comply with
applicable requirements.
RA-DAR does not intend to create advertising profiles based on a
user's precise location merely because the user views an advertisement.
17. Privacy
Advertising eligibility should not require RA-DAR to create
unnecessary behavioral profiles.
Where geographic eligibility is necessary, RA-DAR may use limited
technical or location information already required for operation
of the platform, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Such information should not automatically be converted into a
separate advertising profile.
RA-DAR's collection, use, and retention of personal information
remain subject to its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
18. Advertiser Responsibility for Claims and Compliance
The advertiser remains responsible for claims, losses, liabilities,
damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from the advertiser's
products, services, advertisements, inaccurate or misleading claims,
violation of law, intellectual-property infringement, failure to
obtain required licenses, failure to comply with applicable
regulatory requirements, or violation of these Advertising Terms.
The advertiser agrees to cooperate with RA-DAR in responding to
legitimate regulatory, legal, or governmental inquiries concerning
the advertisement.
19. Changes to This Policy
RA-DAR may modify this Advertising & Sponsorship Policy when necessary
to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, new
advertising categories, new RA-DAR products, changes to the RA-DAR
advertising system, security requirements, privacy requirements, or
operational considerations.
Advertisers are responsible for complying with the version applicable
to their campaigns.
20. Final Advertising Principle
Adults should be able to encounter lawful adult-oriented commerce
without RA-DAR unnecessarily restricting legitimate businesses
simply because a product belongs to a regulated or adult category.
Adult does not mean unlawful, and commercial openness does not
eliminate the advertiser's responsibility to comply with the law.
RA-DAR therefore seeks to maintain an advertising environment that is
commercially open, legally responsible, privacy-conscious, and
protective against genuinely illegal or deceptive activity.
