RA-DAR provides advertising opportunities for businesses, services, and other permitted content through its social media platform.
Advertising submissions are subject to review and approval by RA-DAR before an advertising campaign is activated.
This Refund Policy explains how payment and refunds are handled for RA-DAR advertising services.
RA-DAR currently offers the following advertising packages:
All advertising submissions are subject to RA-DAR review and approval.
RA-DAR may review advertising content, the advertised business, products, services, and other relevant information before approving an advertising submission.
Payment is completed after the advertising submission has been approved.
If RA-DAR does not approve an advertising submission before payment is completed, the advertiser will not be charged for that submission.
An advertiser therefore does not need to request a refund for an advertising submission that was not approved before payment.
Once an advertising submission has been approved, payment may be completed and the advertising campaign may be activated for the selected advertising period.
Because the advertising service provides placement for a defined period, payments for an approved campaign that has already started are generally non-refundable.
If RA-DAR is unable to provide an advertising service that has been paid for, the advertiser may contact RA-DAR Support for review.
Depending on the circumstances, RA-DAR may provide an appropriate refund or other reasonable resolution.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements, businesses, products, and services comply with applicable laws and RA-DAR policies.
If an advertising campaign is removed, restricted, or terminated because the advertiser or advertisement violates RA-DAR policies or applicable requirements, a refund is not automatically provided.
Individual circumstances may be reviewed by RA-DAR.
Once an advertising campaign has been approved and activated, changes to the advertising content, placement, or other campaign details may be subject to RA-DAR review and approval.
A requested change does not automatically create a right to a refund.
